Porsha Frost, a native of Albany, GA, is a graduate of Westover High School and holds an associate degree in Marketing Management. She is a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative, Advanced CPAR, Certified Professional Biller and Coder, and a Certified Billing and Coding Instructor with the AAPC, the world’s largest healthcare training and credentialing organization. Porsha is also a Georgia Notary Public, Loan Signing Agent, and Field Agent.

Her healthcare journey began as an Office Assistant at Filling Station Family Dental Center, where she quickly developed a passion for the field. Over the years, she has held various roles, including Financial Coordinator, Financial Counselor, Registrar, Manager of Outpatient Services, and currently serves as a Billing Manager. With 19 years of experience in dental and medical billing, Porsha is also an active member of HFMA and AAPC.

Outside of her professional life, Porsha is a proud mother to a daughter who has followed in her footsteps as a Phlebotomist, and a son that aspires to teach.
